[The Power Glove]

Sometimes the shoutbox can get pretty hectic at times and pressing F5 or clicking refresh can get a little tedious. So I started looking for a live chat. Anyways heres a link to one of the pages I found with a bunch of alternatives to the shoutbox. If anyone knows one that doesnt slow down the page too much add it and discuss.

This one works pretty good..

No problems with firewall, this chat is based on http so that you only need a web browser and an internet connection. (everybody can easily chat !) Fast: - Ajax technology is used to smoothly refresh (no flicker) and display the chat zone and the nickname zone.

And its made by Stéphane Gully. What a great last name.

I've already looked at a shitload of them. Only reason I haven't replaced the one we have is because this is the only one that integrates with the user database of this forum.

If yall really want I'll replace it with something. We'll have a bunch of people using anon names and shit I think.

Ah yeah I thought the integration part may be a problem. Its not really a huge deal.

I could set up a chat also but I think it would take away from the actual forum.

Yeah I didnt want anything separate from the forum. Something easily integradable.
