Bought it in 1999 for $1,999 worth of Restaurant Bus Boy money, in cash. I drove it across the US of A, from San Francisco to New York City, three times.

The transmission shit the bed one cold East Coast winter, in 2002. It would've cost 1,200 dollars to fix, and I was a starving college student at the time.

So, like many women since then, we parted ways, and I nursed a broken heart. If you wanna clown me for that, then fuck off...

Case in point, the 1970 Cadillac DeVille convertible with a 472cid V-8, developed from the tank engines Cadillac built for the US Army during WWII. One of the toughest engines ever, hands down.
