The End of the Minion

Did you ever get the feeling you made a bad mistake and kept it lingering for years?

I finally fired The Minion, as I coined him. Actually I didn't fire him. I started to passively chew his fat ass out so bad that he resigned. It probably was one of the worst hirings I've ever done.

I have never ever in my life met someone so worthless in every aspect of pornography in my life. Those who know me know I'm pretty happy-go-lucky and give people chances. The Minion must've received close to a million chances.

You meet him at a glance and you think he's a nice guy, he means well, and he has a good heart. You get to know him and you realize he's a manipulative, lying, stupid oaf.

He's the only guy in pornography that can not get laid on his own.

After nearly two years with me, he doesn't know the basics of porn. He can't book a real scene, he doesn't command basic web skills, he can't be trusted with a camera, he can't edit a basic scene without fucking everything up.

Some people thought I was too harsh on the fat bastard. In retrospect, it became clear that, if I wasn't harsh, he'd develop sinister motives and start fucking around bad.

Case in point: Numerous months ago, he quit. With a bare essence of web skills and a litany of woodless fuck scenes behind his belt paid for by myself, he literally thought there'd be a line of people waiting for his measly services. After three months, the fat guy was unemployed hoping to be a driver or a stage manager at minimum wage. The previous job before me was lost because he was caught stealing donuts.

Suddenly he came back to me at half wage. I knew he was talking shit about me from my compatriots the entire time. I didn't care. I knew the fat pig was desperate for money and I knew I could hire him back anytime.

Unfortunately for him, I suddenly decided not to shoot those fat fuck woodless scenes anymore. Nobody else in porn will shoot that shit or waste their money booking them. I decided not to buy him Viagra, Levitra, Cialis anymore. Not shooting those scenes suddenly made the fat pig expendable. I let him know that another lie, another fuckup, another shit talk, and he was sitting on a ticking time bomb ready to join the ranks of the unemployed. I was even prepared to have crack whores fire him for me because I thought that'd be hilarious. After all, he'd ask them for privates when I wasn't looking.

So the Minion is now no more. I've never ever met a more worthless employee in my life. And his future is not so bright. With no money in the bank, it is quite possible that he'll lose significant amounts of weight. Maybe he'll snap out of it and become more socially adept. Probably not.

The best outcome of this is that I can now hire real employees who know what they're doing.

You never bite the hand that feeds you and, trust me, that fat pig could eat alot. And if you give him too much, he'll throw you under a bus.
